Marketing Objectives and Measurement Workshop on March 23 in Pune

This is the second of a three-part workshop with Pune Open Coffee Club. The first session was for business-owners to define their marketing strategy, the second will be about setting objectives and measuring performance, and the third will be about reviewing performance and using that to change what you’re doing.

We have a few slots open for the second session, so if you want to come, apply here. Participants who haven’t attended either the first or the second session will not be invited to the third. You won’t get much out of just the third workshop without the context of at least one of the other two.

  • Aligning business and marketing objectives
  • Measuring performance
  • Using tools to measure marketing performance

Details

Time: March 23, 2013 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Room 204, Academic Complex Building (near Boat Club), College of Engineering, Pune

We got some great feedback on the last one, including from one participant who told us he went back to his office the next day (a Sunday!) to rework his strategy based on what he learned in the workshop. We are expecting about a dozen people, so this will be another session with a lot of participation, where we all try to learn from each other’s experiences.

Here’s the application link again. We won’t be considering applications after March 16, so hurry!
